A pilot application for citizen and visitor services has been developed to provide citizens and visitors of the holy city of Karbala with an open channel of communication with various governmental entities in the province to voice their opinions through the application to all government departments. The application allows them to record their requests, complaints, and feedback on the government services provided in the city, based on the government sector, and send them to the relevant authority with the ability to support them with images, audio, geographic location, receive responses and comments on the submitted request, and track its status.
